Foldover Clutch #31 - Love Color Burst
This is a very special purse and the perfect gift for someone you really love! Aside from the beautiful hues of purple, blue, pomegranate and teal, this purse features two tiny surprises… hearts! That’s right, two little hearts popped up unexpectedly in the dye process. (Check out the hearts in the detail photo.) Both sides of this purse feature a range of colors and completely different looks. Nickel zipper.
This is a one-of-a-kind foldover clutch purse from my 2020 Fall Collection. For this project, my goal was to create a series of completely unique hand-painted and hand-dyed pieces. Each purse began with two squares of blank canvas that were altered side by side, matching but still unique. The outer fabric is a high-quality 100% natural cotton canvas coupled with genuine sheep skin leather. The purse is lined in black cotton canvas with a sturdy metal YKK zipper and sheep skin zipper pull. All materials are made and sourced in the USA.
These purses can be dressed up or down and the varied artwork provides something for every woman’s style. Treat yourself or a friend to something special this holiday season!
